Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Search / SEO / SEM

The Digital Marketing Specialist for Paid Search/SEO/SEM oversees the planning, development and execution of search marketing efforts as part of a broader integrated customer engagement and marketing strategy.
 
Essential Duties:

Manage SEO/SEM efforts

  • Establish program measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria (attraction, engagement, qualification, acceleration)
  • Set search marketing goals and measure results
  • Track search results against performance metrics to optimize spend
  • Partner with corporate Web properties to support the company's business objectives (e.g. revenue, qualified
  • leads, brand presence, awareness)
  • Collaborate with Customer Care Center to drive volume and conversion from search activities
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing, field marketing and communications to align search activity with broader campaign initiatives

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required
Experience:
  • Five or more years of online marketing experience
  • Development of integrated marketing programs that with a strong focus on analytics
  • Three or more years of SEO/SEM experience
  • Experience managing agency relationships strongly desirable combined inbound and outbound tactics
  • Previous experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Familiarity and experience with reporting tools and methodologies
  • Agency experience a plus
