The SST Inside Sales Representative's primary responsibility is to proactively increase revenue for the district/metro area by providing exceptional customer service, processing rental quotes and reservations and terminating contracts. The SST ISR advises the SST Supervisor of product and service needs.
Superior customer service remains the backbone of United Rentals, therefore your willingness and ability to provide this to each customer makes you a top-notch candidate. To be qualified, the ideal candidate must have 2+ years of sales experience, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We also look for candidates with excellent interpersonal communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. A concentration in business administration or marketing is considered a plus. Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
