The Sr. Inside Sales Representative holds significant responsibility for inside sales at the branch and plays a leading role in implementing the branch's business plan. Job responsibilities will include a variety of branch operational functions such as superior customer relations to call-in and walk-in customers, sales and rental of equipment, showroom displays and merchandise marketing. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction with all inside and outside branch staff and processing rental quotes, reservations and invoices in compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include assisting with training new inside sales representatives, coordinate and track daily equipment pick-ups and returns with branch dispatcher. Excellence in this challenging and rewarding position paves the way for advancement into our outside sales and operation manager roles.
